After the success of Hedera Community Testing Program Phase I, Hedera has set 200 million ℏ aside for phase II (and beyond) of its testing program. For the phase II, 100,000 individual testers will be allowed the chance to earn up to 250 ℏ. And soon an additional 100 ℏ on top of their existing cap by testing Hedera’s smart contract functionality on the mainnet.

According to hbarprice.com, the current price of hbar is $0.12.
So to sum it up, we can earn up to:
- 250 ℏ + 100 ℏ (for the smart contract testing) = 350 ℏ
- 350 ℏ * $0.12 = $42.00

Hedera created a media site, dailytimestamp.com, for testing the mainnet. On this site, you’ll approve the exchange of an amount of hbars to view an article, watch videos or listen to podcast. But in order to do so, the Hedera Browser Extension must be installed to make the cryptocurrency transaction (micropayment) and send it to Hedera mainnet. By doing so, you’ll gain 5 ℏ per exchange and you can earn up to 250 ℏ in this task.

- Create a Hedera Portal profile here and complete identity verification (KYC)
Why is KYC required?
During the community testing period, anyone receiving hbars from Hedera or through the use of the Hedera Network must go through the KYC and sanctions screening process to ensure compliance with applicable law.

I’ve earned the 250 hbar limit, what now?
Well, the community testing is not finished yet. Soon they will add 100 ℏ for testing Hedera smart contract functionality on top of the 250 ℏ cap. Of course, you have a choice to exchange your hbar (ℏ) to USDT or DFL on DFLOW or in any exchange where it will be listed on the future. But I advise against it, seems that the coin will have a great future so its better to hold up your hbar, wait and let the price boom.
